Riley Oickle

Riley Oickle got his start in business at 19 while attending Western University, running a home maintenance company and employing other students along the way.

After getting hands-on experience working with a real estate mentor, Riley founded RO Capital Investments and went on to build a $10M rental portfolio using the BRRRR strategy and creative financing. In 2021, he launched RentalConsulting.com, which has since helped more than 400 Canadians learn how to invest in real estate with more confidence.

Today, Riley spends much of his time working on real estate development projects across Canada, with a growing interest in senior housing and creating projects that have a lasting impact on the communities they’re built in. He’s also a licensed Associate Mortgage Broker with Indi Mortgage’s Commercial Division in Nova Scotia, helping investors and developers navigate financing for commercial and multi-family real estate.
